Nous avons ainsi imaginé et créé la Cantinavelo : un lieu où l’on se bat contre la montre pour ralentir le temps et partager tous les midis une cuisine simple, gourmande et locale, un café, une bière, une gaufre liégeoise…
S’inspirant de la légende d’Eddy Merckx, la décoration du lieu rend hommage à son panache, notre cuisine à sa fougue. Notre boutique de vélos sert également de camp de base aux Dijonnais qui possèdent une bicyclette, même poussiéreuse au fond du garage.
